‘Stranger' is a stream of confused emotions that just comes floating out. ‘Stranger’ adresses the feeling you have when you realize that it is too late to save a friendship or a relationship. How another person can suddenly seem so alienated but still has left a deep mark on you and that you are too late to discover that oneself is to blame for it.

'Stranger' is a tour-de-force in musical momentum and dynamics when the Congolese percussion instrument likembe supports the energetic drums towards the end of the song.
